MUSHROOM

30 min cooking

Comfort food in its purest form. Mushroom soup with hand-picked and dried boletus mushrooms. Full of flavor and aroma.

Time: 20 min

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 500 ml of any MOG broth
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 20 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • Oil
  • A spoonful of butter
  • Salt
  • Pasta
  • Parsley
  • Additionally, cream

Instructions:

    • Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the dried mushrooms and set aside.
    • Fry the mushrooms in butter until golden. In a pot, fry the onion and carrot, then add the mushrooms.
    • Pour in the MOG broth, then add the boletus mushrooms along with the water in which they soaked.
    • Cook for 30 minutes. After this time, blend most, but not all, of the cooked ingredients and add them back to the soup.
    • Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
    • Serve with pasta and parsley, you can also add cream.
