
MUSHROOM
30 min cooking

Comfort food in its purest form. Mushroom soup with hand-picked and dried boletus mushrooms. Full of flavor and aroma.
Time: 20 min
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml of any MOG broth
- 250 g mushrooms
- 20 g dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- Oil
- A spoonful of butter
- Salt
- Pasta
- Parsley
- Additionally, cream
Instructions:
- Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the dried mushrooms and set aside.
- Fry the mushrooms in butter until golden. In a pot, fry the onion and carrot, then add the mushrooms.
- Pour in the MOG broth, then add the boletus mushrooms along with the water in which they soaked.
- Cook for 30 minutes. After this time, blend most, but not all, of the cooked ingredients and add them back to the soup.
- Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with pasta and parsley, you can also add cream.
