1. The controller of your personal data is MOG NUTRITION PSA, based in Pluski, ul. Bielika 26, 11-034 Pluski, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001108447, NIP: 7394002590, REGON: 52893767200000 (hereinafter: “MOG Nutrition”).
2. We collect your personal data via the website https://motherofgut.com/ (hereinafter: the “Online Store”) and process it in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Personal data refers to any information that can be linked to a specific, identifiable individual – e.g., name, surname, delivery address, phone number, or email address. Providing this data is entirely voluntary and there is no legal obligation to do so; however, in some cases (e.g., when placing an order in the Online Store), refusing to provide personal data may prevent us from providing a service (e.g., entering into a sales contract).

Your personal data may be collected and processed in the following cases: creating an account in the Online Store, to set up and manage your customer account (legal basis: necessity for the performance of a service contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); placing an order in the Online Store, to carry out the sales agreement (legal basis: necessity for the performance of the sales contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); submitting a complaint, to manage the complaint process (legal basis: necessity for the performance of the sales contract and related legal obligations – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); using the Online Store and its features, to provide and display content (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and for traffic analysis and statistics to improve store performance and increase product sales (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); subscribing to our newsletter, to send you marketing communications about the store and brand (legal basis: consent of the data subject for marketing purposes – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); using the contact form, to respond to inquiries (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to queries – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); leaving a product or order review (legal basis: consent of the data subject for publication of opinions – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Personal data will be processed for the purposes outlined above and deleted once those purposes are fulfilled or once any legally required retention period expires. We do not process any special categories of personal data.

In order to provide the highest quality services, we may delegate certain data processing tasks to third-party entities specialized in their fields – e.g., IT service providers, marketing agencies, legal firms (where applicable), etc. Your data will not be shared with entities outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or European Union (EU). Please note that withdrawing consent will result in the inability to receive further information about MOG Nutrition's products and services. In addition to the right to access, you have the right to request the deletion of your data, restriction of its processing, data portability (where applicable), and rectification of inaccurate data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. If deletion is not possible due to legal or other justifiable reasons, we will ensure that your data is not actively used.
