Lohikkeito, or Finnish fish soup, is simple, nutritious, full of omega 3, vegetable fiber and aromatic dill. And it's made with our new collagen fish broth, which we cook for 10 hours to help you out.

Time: 15 min

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 500 ml MOG fish broth
  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • the light part of the leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 100 ml cream 18%
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 allspice
  • dill
  • oil

Instructions:

    • Heat olive oil in a pot. Add sliced ​​leek and carrot. Fry lightly.
    • Add potatoes, bay leaf and allspice, then pour in the broth.
    • When the potatoes are soft, add the diced salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • Finally, add the cream, season with salt, pepper and add a generous amount of fresh dill.
