PENICILLIN

Penicillin, or antibiotic soup. This is a soup that improves immunity, warms and supports natural beauty. It soothes the digestive system and supports the microbiome.

Time: 20 min

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 500 ml of any MOG broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2-3 cm of ginger
  • 1 potato
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Rice or another addition, e.g. groats or pasta
  • Chives or other herbs
  • Optionally finely chopped chili

Instructions:

    • In a pot, fry the onion, garlic and ginger, add the carrots and pour in the broth and 300 ml of water.
    • Add one large potato and a bay leaf.
    • Cook until ingredients are soft.
    • Blend , add butter and salt. Serve with rice or pasta and your favorite toppings.
