
PENICILLIN

Penicillin, or antibiotic soup. This is a soup that improves immunity, warms and supports natural beauty. It soothes the digestive system and supports the microbiome.
Time: 20 min
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml of any MOG broth
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2-3 cm of ginger
- 1 potato
- Bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Rice or another addition, e.g. groats or pasta
- Chives or other herbs
- Optionally finely chopped chili
Instructions:
- In a pot, fry the onion, garlic and ginger, add the carrots and pour in the broth and 300 ml of water.
- Add one large potato and a bay leaf.
- Cook until ingredients are soft.
- Blend , add butter and salt. Serve with rice or pasta and your favorite toppings.
