Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml MOG broth
- 1 clove of garlic
- A piece of ginger
- Smoke
- 1 pack choy
- 50g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cube of tofu
- A spoonful of miso paste
- Rice noodles
- Salt
- Sesame oil
- Sesame
Instructions:

- Lightly fry garlic, ginger, and spring onion in sesame oil. Pour in broth.
- Add quartered packchoy and shiitake mushrooms
- Cook for 5 minutes and add tofu.
- After a while, turn it off and season with miso paste, salt and toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice noodles.
