
Tortellini in broth

If you want to feel like you're on vacation in northern Italy, make yourself some tortellini in brodo, or Italian dumplings in Polish broth.
Time: 10 min
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 500 ml MOG broth
- 250 g fresh tortellini (you can buy high-quality ready-made tortellini in Italian stores)
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 50 g frozen green peas
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan
- Oil
Instructions:
- In a pot, fry onion and carrot in olive oil until soft. Pour in MOG broth and cook covered for a while until the vegetables soften.
- Add tortellini and frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
