
Green Minestrone

It turns out that in winter you can also play green and it's not that difficult. A soup that brings out the sun, from which both the head and the belly are happy. Green minestrone is light and rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients, and with broth MOG is ready in 15 minutes.
Time: 15 min
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
- 500 ml of any MOG broth
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Small zucchini
- Small kohlrabi
- A handful of kale
- A handful of frozen green peas
- Bay leaf
- 50g whole grain orzo
- Salt
- Pepper
- A handful of kale
Instructions:
- Fry onion, celery and garlic in olive oil, then pour in broth.
- Add zucchini, kohlrabi, bay leaf, and cook for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the orzo, peas and kale and cook until the pasta is soft. Season the soup with salt.
