Green Minestrone

It turns out that in winter you can also play green and it's not that difficult. A soup that brings out the sun, from which both the head and the belly are happy. Green minestrone is light and rich in anti-inflammatory ingredients, and with broth MOG is ready in 15 minutes.

Time: 15 min

Ingredients for 2-3 people:

  • 500 ml of any MOG broth
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Small zucchini
  • Small kohlrabi
  • A handful of kale
  • A handful of frozen green peas
  • Bay leaf
  • 50g whole grain orzo
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • A handful of kale

Instructions:

  • Fry onion, celery and garlic in olive oil, then pour in broth.
  • Add zucchini, kohlrabi, bay leaf, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Finally, add the orzo, peas and kale and cook until the pasta is soft. Season the soup with salt.
