
LEMON ORZO WITH ASPARAGUS

An addictive one-pot dish that only takes 12 minutes. Creamy and lemony orzo with asparagus and peas.
Time: 12 min
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml of any MOG broth
- 150 g orzo or risoni pasta
- 4 asparagus
- 80 g peas
- Lemon peel
- Parmesan
- Butter
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions:

- Fry the onion in olive oil, add the orzo and pour in the broth.
- Add chopped asparagus and cook, stirring, for 8 minutes.
- Finally, add the peas, butter, Parmesan, salt and grate the lemon zest.
