LEMON ORZO WITH ASPARAGUS

An addictive one-pot dish that only takes 12 minutes. Creamy and lemony orzo with asparagus and peas.

Time: 12 min

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 500 ml of any MOG broth
  • 150 g orzo or risoni pasta
  • 4 asparagus
  • 80 g peas
  • Lemon peel
  • Parmesan
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

    • Fry the onion in olive oil, add the orzo and pour in the broth.
    • Add chopped asparagus and cook, stirring, for 8 minutes.
    • Finally, add the peas, butter, Parmesan, salt and grate the lemon zest.
